1.进入帮助中心：http://helpdesk.bluehost.com/help ,选择“Open a Ticket”在Choose Destination:项中选“Other”

2.进入“Ticket”提交页面，输入你的“E-mail帐号”、“姓名的汉语拼音”、“域名”。
标题填写:
Please open a ssh account
内容填写:
My Account:“你的帐户名”
Password:“你帐户的密码”*必须填写
I'm from China. I've already send a copy my Chinese id card.”

连续两次确认，然后出现一个可以提交附件的页面，在这里上传你的身份证扫描图片（*必须提交），用扫描仪扫扫描、数码相机、手机拍照都可以、用摄像头拍的只要清晰也完全没有问题。

Bluehost的响应很快，不久你在My Ticket History中会看到近似于下面的回复，同时收到一个E-mail。
SSH has been enabled on your account. You need to use your unix username (the 8 character username) and the password for your hosting account. Please let us know if we can help with anything else.

至此开通SSH完成，随后将介绍SSH Keys设置、Windows下客户端的安装与连接。
